Do you have the habit to use
different types of hair sprays? If so, do you know the right ways to make use
of hair conditioner like hair color spray? These days, it’s far less
fashionable for men to use hairspray but used sparingly, it’s a great way
to give you extra control over your thatch.
You should choose a type of
conditioner that is advertised for your specific hair needs; whether you have
curly and frizzy hair, dry and damaged hair, or limp and lank hair, there is a
specific conditioner that can help with each. You should select hair spray
according to its purpose. Use hair spray for light hold if you like your hair
to still move naturally. Hair spray for strong hold keeps your hair in place in
storm and most weather. A traditional conditioner is applied every time you
shower, just after you rinse out your shampoo. This type of hair spray can be
used to repair the damage done by hot tools, chemicals, and general
wear-and-tear that your hair experiences on a daily basis.
Here below are the recommended
steps for your reference.
1)
After
rinsing shampoo, take some hair spray in one palm and rub both the palm
together to dispense it evenly. Although it may not sound like fun, turn your
water temperature down as cold as you can handle it. The cold water is safer on
your hair than the hot water is, and will help to close up the hair shaft and
prevent breakage.
2)
Apply
the conditioner from the the first third of the hair shaft right till the end -
so till the end of the hair basically. Your conditioner should be applied only
to the ends of your hair, as this is the part that is damaged (it’s the
oldest). Putting conditioner near your scalp and roots can actually clog your
follicles, and slow hair growth/increase oil production.
3)
Leave
conditioner for a minute or two, it will say the exact time in the bottle.
4)
Finish
by using water to rinse the conditioner from your scalp. While rinsing run your
fingers from scalp to tip to make sure it is removed but also your own sebum is
spread on the hair.
Most hairsprays no longer contain
evil, environment-destroying CFC's but, you should still use them in a well
ventilated area. However, I want to say, just like body spray for women, many aerosol sprays contain chemicals substances and should not be
over-used. Use them only when you have to use them. Or you’d better buy the
ones made of natural ingredients.
